Job summary

AISIN World Corp. of America seeks a manufacturing supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing section and to lead Off Line Team Leaders and hourly staff in a fast-paced automotive environment.

The role emphasizes coaching, problem solving, process improvement, and strict adherence to safety, quality, and company procedures. Automotive experience is preferred; strong leadership and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of prior applicable experience in manufacturing.
• 2 Years Management Experience Required.
• Automotive experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct Off Line Team Leaders (OLT's).
• Direct problem solving activities of the manufacturing area.
• Analyze processes for continuous improvement.
• Analyze and reduce scrap; detect products produced.
• Improve overall plant efficiency.
• Determine and prepare daily work (Standardize work).
• Plan section training requirements and plan.
• Implement abnormal occurrence plan when necessary.
