Job summary

AISIN Illinois is seeking an experienced manufacturing supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing section. You will coach and direct line leaders, drive problem-solving, and improve plant efficiency.

Responsibilities include standardizing work, planning training, implementing abnormal occurrence plans, and supporting other sections to meet targets while maintaining safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5 years of manufacturing experience.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Experience with Toyota Production System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and direct Off Line Team Leaders (OLT's).
• Direct problem-solving activities in the manufacturing area.
• Analyze scrap and detect products produced to improve yield.
• Improve overall plant efficiency.
• Prepare daily work and standardize work.
• Plan section training requirements and programs.
• Implement abnormal occurrence plans when necessary.
• Support other sections to achieve targets.
• Adhere to safety and security standards.
