Kellanova, at the Blue Anchor plant in Hammonton, NJ, seeks a Maintenance Reliability Supervisor to lead technicians during 7 pm–7 am shifts in a 24/7 operation.

You will drive continuous improvement, solve mechanical and electrical issues, and apply Lean and SAP with MS Office to boost equipment reliability and lower costs.

The role emphasizes team leadership, problem‑solving, and disciplined execution in a fast‑paced food production environment.

Do you have a passion to lead teams and inspire employee’s creativity to accomplish day to day goals? Join us at our Blue Anchor plant, located in Hammonton, NJ as a Maintenance Reliability Supervisor! You will oversee the daily activity and development of multiple technicians, while identifying opportunities to produce great food more efficiently and at a low cost. You will work to solve mechanical and electrical problems, as well as execute on continuous improvement initiatives! This position works from 7 pm - 7 am. This facility is a 24/7 operation.

You'll collaborate with skilled tradesmen and other leaders to implement innovative maintenance programs, develop your team's expertise, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• 
  High School Diploma/GED and related work experience
  
• Prior experience within plant maintenance or industrial maintenance is preferred
• 
  Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP
  
• 
  Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
  
• 
  Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization
  
• Ability to work an off shift

Compensation

The annual salary range is $77,200-$106,150, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
