Job summary

Kellanova's Morning Star Farms plant in Zanesville, OH is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Supervisor to lead technicians, improve equipment reliability, and drive Lean initiatives. The role supports a 24/7 operation and requires strong technical and leadership skills to reduce costs and improve plant efficiency.

The supervisor will work from 5 am to 5 pm, oversee daily maintenance activities, guide problem solving, and collaborate with skilled trades and leaders across the site to implement

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in plant maintenance or industrial maintenance is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Ability to effectively communicate and solve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others across all levels.
• Willingness to work an off shift.

Responsibilities

• Set the pace by establishing work plans to improve equipment reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Direct, train, and develop maintenance team members.
• Resolve maintenance issues using problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate cost and waste in operations.
• Identify, implement, and document maintenance and reliability best practices.

Join us at our Morning Star Farms plant, located in Zanesville, OH as a Maintenance Reliability Supervisor! You will oversee the daily activity and development of multiple technicians, while identifying opportunities to produce great food more efficiently and at a low cost. You will work to solve mechanical and electrical problems, as well as execute on continuous improvement initiatives! This position works from 5 am - 5 pm. This facility is a 24/7 operation.

At our Zanesville, OH facility we offer an exciting opportunity for passionate leaders to inspire their team to achieve daily goals while improving plant efficiency. You'll collaborate with skilled tradesmen and other leaders to implement innovative maintenance programs, develop your team's expertise, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles.

• Set the Pace -Establishing work plans that support and improve plant equipment reliability
• Drive Change -Incorporating a culture of inclusion and continuity within all departments through Continuous Improvement
• Strategize to Win -Directing, training and developing maintenance team members in their area of expertise
• Drive Efficiency -Using problem solving skills and root cause analysis to resolve and/or mitigate maintenance issues
• Impact Results -Identifying opportunities to eliminate cost and/or waste through applying LEAN manufacturing principals
• Take a New Angle -Identifying, implementing, and documenting maintenance and reliability best practices

We’re Looking for Someone With

• High School Diploma/GED and related work experience
• Prior experience within plant maintenance or industrial maintenance is preferred
• Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP
• Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others and work with employees at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work an off shift

Compensation

The annual salary range is $77,200-$106,150, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
