Job summary

Agropur seeks a Maintenance Specialist in Jerome, Idaho to support maintenance execution, operations, and project teams, applying defect elimination, root cause analysis, and project management.

Responsibilities include equipment upgrades, improving safety and asset performance, and maintaining OEM specifications. Requires a maintenance/engineering background with 5+ years' experience; CMRP/CRL preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Diploma or training in maintenance/electromechanics or related field.
• Equivalent mix of education and experience may be considered.
• Minimum of five years’ maintenance engineering experience.
• CMRP or CRL certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and troubleshooting support for maintenance execution and operations.
• Identify and implement safety, asset performance, and cost improvements.
• Support capital project validation and delivery.
• Maintain accurate OEM specs, manuals and procedures for plant assets.
