Job summary

Albany International Corporation in South Carolina is hiring for a maintenance planner role focused on planning, scheduling, and coordinating plant maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation. You will manage PM programs in SAP/CMMS, optimize PdM tasks, and monitor KPIs while coordinating contractors and parts as needed.

The position requires 3-5 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency in MS Office. On-site Day shift.

Qualifications

• Maintenance planning and scheduling experience required.
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate maintenance work for safe, efficient operation of plant assets.
• Create and manage work orders, PM plans, and asset data in SAP/CMMS.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs.
• Coordinate labor, contractors, tools and materials for planned and emergency work.
• Update PM tasks and frequencies; monitor backlog and compliance.
• Manage contractor scope, onboarding and safety compliance.
• Own maintenance KPIs and report performance trends and actions.
• Assist in parts requisitions and stockroom activities as needed.
• Support daily Tier 2/3 meetings and participate in Tier 1 meetings.
