Job summary

Hollingsworth & Vose is seeking an Operations Reliability and Maintenance Manager to coordinate site work across multiple paper machine lines, improve maintenance processes, and boost equipment reliability. You will lead a team of maintenance planners, technicians, and E&I staff, interfacing with engineering for capital projects and driving a strong safety culture.

The role requires a BS in Engineering and 7–10+ years in a heavy industrial setting, with extensive CMMS and PLC/DCS knowledge.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering and 7+ years in a process‑industrial facility and/or engineering design firm.
7–10+ years of maintenance leadership in a heavy industrial environment (Pulp & Paper preferred).
Deep understanding of paper machine operations, steam systems, hydraulics, and PLC/DCS control systems.
CMMS proficiency (IMaint, SAP, JD Edwards, Maximo).
Certifications: CMRP or CRL highly desired.

Responsibilities

Lead maintenance planners, mechanics and E&I technicians.
Manage safety culture and EHS compliance with the Site HSE Manager.
Develop and execute a reliability roadmap to improve OEE and reduce downtime.
Oversee Preventive & Predictive Maintenance using vibration, thermography, oil analysis, ultrasound.
