Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or similar education (electrical/mechanical) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in manufacturing operations.
• Minimum 5 years of TPM or predictive maintenance experience with OEE knowledge.
• LOTO/permit to work certification current.
• Ability to manage capital budgets and project changes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance and reliability program including PM and PdM strategies.
• Plan long-term strategies for machine tools and facility equipment for a five-year roadmap.
• Coordinate CAPEX projects with Technical Services Manager.
• Manage spare parts, inventory, and supplier contracts to minimize downtime.
• Oversee CMMS/EAM updates, KPI reviews, and safety compliance.
• Lead TPM, OEE programs and safety leadership.
