Freudenberg Performance Materials LP (USA) in Macon, GA is seeking a Reliability & Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and optimize equipment reliability. You will direct preventive maintenance, oversee repairs, and ensure safe, compliant operations aligned with our global technology standards.

The role requires a mechanical or electrical engineering background, 5–8 years in maintenance/production and 2+ years in leadership, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field; or equivalent working experience.
• 5-8 years of maintenance engineering or production operations within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in a leadership position with direct reports.
• Preferred: experience with rotating equipment and PLCs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team, setting priorities and coordinating activities to support safe, efficient operations.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and the upkeep of production equipment, facilities, and utilities.
• Support capital projects and maintenance planning by coordinating resources, contractors, tools, and technical requirements.
• Monitor maintenance performance, analyze equipment reliability, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and overall plant performance.
