Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with seven (7) years in engineering, facilities or machinery maintenance.
• Seven (7) years progressive supervisory experience.
• Two (2) years experience performing maintenance and equipment reliability.
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• Experience with FMEA/RCM/RCA and reliability tools.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• English language proficiency for training and safety communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe products compliant with laws, regulations, and quality standards.
• Lead safety, quality, service, and efficiency goals.
• Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance plans.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance.
• Direct teams on maintenance backlog and scheduling.
• Evaluate and install new equipment.
