Job summary

Freudenberg in Macon, GA, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and drive reliability across production equipment, facilities and utilities. The role requires coordinating preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs while supporting capital projects and planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of maintenance engineering or production operations in manufacturing.
• 2+ years in a leadership role with direct reports.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation and basic production equipment engineering.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Preferred: rotating equipment and PLCs experience.
