Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America is looking for a Supervisor – Maintenance Reliability to support the maintenance department. This role will lead predictive maintenance efforts and manage paper and pulp mill roll rebuild programs while ensuring effective preventive maintenance.

The ideal candidate should have a BS in Mechanical Engineering and extensive experience in industrial maintenance, along with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 15 years maintenance experience or minimum 3 years paper industry experience with an engineering background.
• Technical Training / Experience with Industrial Maintenance.
• Must understand interrelationships of process flows, mechanical operation of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead predictive maintenance efforts in the mill.
• Manage paper and pulp mill roll rebuild programs.
• Establish and maintain an effective preventive maintenance work order system.
