Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 10 years in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• 3 years in maintenance leadership role.
• Experience using CMMS/work order systems and maintenance KPIs.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Maintenance team to complete work safely, correctly, efficiently and in GMP compliance.
• Own the site maintenance system: planning, scheduling, PMs, backlog, spare parts, records.
• Drive equipment reliability by root-cause analysis and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Lead Maintenance/Reliability/Asset Management focus areas and KPIs.
• Maintain cross-functional communication with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Safety, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and vendors.
• Develop maintenance talent with coaching, training plans, and defined roles.
