Illinois Ag is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at its Bolingbrook, IL facility. The role focuses on equipment reliability, asset management, preventive/predictive maintenance, planning, and team development, ensuring safe and compliant operations.

The successful candidate will collaborate across Operations, Quality, Safety, IT, Finance and Supply Chain, manage budgets, and drive plant performance improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a technical-related field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.
• 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience with CMMS and work order management systems, maintenance KPIs, gap assessments, reliability improvement tools, and structured root cause analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and drive measurable maintenance performance improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Proficiency with computers or tablets, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to travel within the United States as required.
• Ability to work in elevated or confined spaces as required.

Mansioni

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with procedures.
• Oversee maintenance planning and scheduling, CMMS, and spare parts inventory.
• Drive equipment reliability by investigating failures and implementing corrective actions.
• Lead maintenance, reliability, and asset management initiatives with KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Safety, IT, Finance, Supply Chain to minimize disruptions.
• Develop maintenance team capabilities through performance management and training plans.
• Maintain clean, organized maintenance areas and support equipment fabrication and troubleshooting.
• Manage expenditures within budgets and monitor uptime, MTBF, MTTR, backlog, and other KPIs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on asset performance.
