Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a Facility & Equipment Maintenance Manager for our Maxton, NC plant. You will lead a team responsible for equipment reliability, facility systems, and continuous improvement to ensure safe, reliable manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate combines strong maintenance leadership with hands-on technical skills to troubleshoot complex equipment, support upgrades, and develop the capabilities of the maintenance organization.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a skilled industrial maintenance and/or facilities team.
• Significant experience in industrial maintenance or facility operations in manufacturing.
• Root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring equipment problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventative and predictive maintenance initiatives leveraging data to improve reliability and uptime.
• Support equipment and facility upgrades and capital improvements to meet long-term objectives.
• Manage maintenance projects with scope, schedule, resources, and stakeholder alignment.
