AMVAC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead chemical plant maintenance, drive reliability, and ensure safety compliance. You will direct Maintenance Mechanics, I&E Technicians, and the Planner, shaping maintenance strategy and budgeting while ensuring regulatory alignment and world-class asset performance.

You will oversee preventive, predictive, and RCA-based maintenance, coordinate with operations and quality, and mentor supervisory staff to build a capable, high-performance maintenance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of progressive maintenance experience in chemical manufacturing.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams.
• Experience with PSM, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
• Hands-on knowledge of process equipment repairs and maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance within the maintenance organization.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve reliability and plant availability.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and RCA-based maintenance programs.
• Manage planning, scheduling, CMMS documentation, and inspections.
• Lead cost control, budgeting, and spare-parts inventory management.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, and quality.
• Mentor and develop Maintenance Supervisor and I&E Supervisor teams.
