Qualifications

• 7+ years in progressive maintenance roles in chemical manufacturing.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and planners.
• Knowledge of PSM and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and regulatory compliance within the maintenance organization.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve reliability and uptime.
• Lead maintenance team, including supervisors and planners, in daily activities.
• Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts, and supplier services.
• Collaborate with operations and quality to ensure product quality and process safety.
