Amvac Chemical Corporation in Axis, AL is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance across a chemical manufacturing site. You will drive reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance while guiding Maintenance Mechanics, I&E Technicians, and the Maintenance Planner.

The role emphasizes cost control, asset optimization, and continuous improvement in a demanding process environment. The position requires strong leadership, deep maintenance knowledge, and proven ability to manage budgets

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive maintenance experience in chemical manufacturing or related process industry.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety and regulatory compliance within maintenance teams and contractors.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies to improve reliability and plant availability.
• Oversee preventive, predictive, corrective, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.
• Ensure effective planning, scheduling, and documentation in CMMS, with timely inspections and certifications.
• Monitor reliability metrics and drive cost-efficient improvements.
• Lead root cause analyses and sustainable corrective actions for equipment failures.
