Job summary

PTC is a leading manufacturer and marketer of welded tubing and precision components. The Maintenance Manager ensures safe, efficient plant operation by directing maintenance, coordinating across departments, and leading a skilled team in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Responsibilities include running preventive/predictive programs, supervising technicians, and managing capital projects while maintaining quality and uptime in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or equivalent Industrial Maintenance experience.
• Minimum 5 years supervising or managing a maintenance department in manufacturing/ heavy industrial environments.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, PLC/automation systems; hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with CMMS, root cause analysis, and maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, OEE).
• Demonstrated leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead a robust preventative/predictive maintenance program, including projects, reliability improvements, and critical systems upkeep.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to maintenance technicians; ensure timely troubleshooting and repair of M/E/P systems.
• Collaborate with Plant Operations, Safety, Engineering and Quality to align maintenance with production goals and safety compliance.
• Manage capital improvement projects, equipment installations, and upgrades to support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, and procurement of parts to maintain cost control and compliance.
