PTC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a skilled technical team in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. You will plan, direct, and coordinate daily maintenance operations to ensure uptime, quality, and safety.

Collaborating with production, engineering, safety and quality, you will manage predictive maintenance programs, capital projects, and vendor relations while driving lean improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent industrial maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of experience supervising or managing a maintenance department in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Strong technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, PLC/automation systems and hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting.
• Experience with metals manufacturing, fabrication equipment, CNC machinery, and industrial utilities.
• Proficiency in CMMS, root cause analysis, and maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, OEE).
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Organizes, executes, and improves a preventative and predictive maintenance program including projects and upgrades.
• Provides leadership to maintenance technicians and ensures timely troubleshooting and repair of systems.
• Collaborates with Plant Operations, Safety, Engineering, and Quality to align maintenance with production goals.
• Manages capital improvement projects, equipment installations, and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Oversees vendor relationships and service contracts to ensure performance and cost control.
• Maintains maintenance parts inventory and procurement processes.
• Ensures OSHA, EPA and local regulatory compliance for equipment and safety.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Plant Manager.
