Job summary

ABB Fort Smith facility is hiring a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance, reliability, and TPM programs. You will guide OP M, PM and PdM efforts, driving MTBF, MTTR, and OEE improvements using CMMS tools and condition monitoring.

You will manage budgets, plan capital projects, and develop technical talent while ensuring safe, compliant operations in a high-performance manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 10 years OR Associate’s Degree with minimum 12 years OR High School Diploma with minimum 14 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of PLCs, electrical and mechanical systems, and automated production equipment.
• Experience with TPM, RCMS/RCM, and proactive maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve maintenance and TPM programs to maximize uptime.
• Drive asset reliability through CMMS analytics and reliability metrics.
• Manage maintenance operations, budgets, and scheduling for capital projects.
• Ensure safe, compliant plant operations and incident-free performance.
