Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Coshocton, OH is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to lead a small team in a fast-paced, food production environment. You will troubleshoot PLCs, program VFDs, calibrate sensors, and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

As a hands-on leader, you will read blueprints, work with Allen-Bradley systems, and mentor apprentices while ensuring safety and quality. Schedule: Mon, Fri–Sun 6am–4:30pm; pay $28–$35/hr.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of problem-solving breakdowns and preventative maintenance to avoid downtime.
• PLC and Electrical experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Stable work history; prior manufacturing exposure preferred.
• Must be able to work full time and overtime as needed in a fast-paced plant.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of maintenance coordinators.
• Coordinate maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and calibrate temperature probes.
• Program and replace VFDs; retrieve/download programs into HMIs.
• Read blueprints and CAD drawings; operate tools and test equipment.
• Mentor technicians and apprentices; ensure safety and quality standards.
