Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a PLC/Controls Technician to join our Mason, OH maintenance team. This role leads automation projects, advanced PLC programming, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies to drive plant reliability and compliance with network and cybersecurity requirements.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated PLC programming and system design experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience leading automation projects and collaborating with OT/Corporate teams.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize PLC programs from scratch to improve plant efficiency.
• Lead HMI/SCADA development and integrate new automation solutions.
• Assist in setting up VMs on housed servers for equipment optimization.
• Monitor and maintain Asset Centre documentation for secure access.
