Qualifications

- Strong electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical expertise.
- Proven track record in improving equipment reliability and maintenance performance.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, motivate, and engage maintenance teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance and reliability strategy with safety, equipment performance, and continuous improvement focus.
- Build and reinforce a strong safety culture and safe work practices across the maintenance organization.
- Lead, coach, and develop maintenance employees to foster engagement and growth.
- Drive asset reliability initiatives to improve availability and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Strengthen preventive and predictive maintenance programs to boost asset performance.
