Jobot is seeking a Permanent Maintenance Supervisor in North Carolina to lead a skilled maintenance team and oversee the upkeep of high‑tech manufacturing equipment, including PLCs, lathes, mills, pneumatics, and robotics. You will develop preventive maintenance programs, drive equipment reliability, and coordinate with external service providers while ensuring safety and quality across the operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing maintenance supervision role.
• Proven knowledge of PLCs, lathe, mill, and other manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with machine maintenance tech, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electronic and robotic systems.
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
• Solid knowledge of quality control and safety compliance.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or technical qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment, including PLC systems, lathe, mill, pneumatic systems, and other machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Leading a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective performance.
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and performance.
• Troubleshooting and repairing electronic and robotic systems, coordinating with external service providers as necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards, driving a culture of safety and quality.
• Monitoring equipment performance and recommending improvements or upgrades.
• Participating in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
