Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate daily activities.
• Manage maintenance work orders in a CMMS.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
• Lead root cause analysis for equipment issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with production and engineering teams to support operational growth.
• Champion workplace safety and foster accountability and strong performance on the plant floor.
