Reynolds Consumer Products is hiring a Supervisor, Maintenance in the United States (Kentucky). You will lead a team of maintenance technicians across four 28-day shift cycles, coordinating preventive and corrective work to maximize equipment reliability and plant performance.

You will partner with Production and Engineering to address root causes, drive improvements, and ensure safety standards are followed while supporting continuous manufacturing operations.

Competenze

• Education: Associate degree or technical certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of progressive manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience leading maintenance activities or in a lead/foreman role is preferred.
• Experience supervising and developing maintenance employees; union environment preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise a team of 5–20 maintenance employees to achieve safety, reliability, quality, and productivity goals.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Coordinate emergency repairs, installations, modifications, and rebuilds to support operations.
• Partner with Production and Engineering to improve plant performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
