Job summary

Intrepid Potash Inc. in Wendover, UT seeks a Maintenance Superintendent to lead site maintenance activities and teams, directing preventative/predictive programs, reliability, safety, budgeting, and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with operations, planning, engineering, production, and field teams to plan, prioritize, and complete work safely and aligned with goals.

This role demands a leader who can drive results, develop maintenance staff, and uphold Zero Harm safety standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in maintenance management in industrial settings.
• Experience building and developing maintenance or mobile equipment teams.
• Strong safety focus and commitment to Zero Harm.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach maintenance staff to deliver safe, reliable performance.
• Oversee daily maintenance, mobile equipment, rolling stock, and plant needs.
• Coordinate weekly maintenance plans with operations and support teams.
• Drive improvements to preventive/predictive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Manage maintenance metrics, budgets, labor, materials, and costs.
