Job summary

Intrepid Potash Wendover, UT seeks a Maintenance Superintendent to lead site maintenance activities and teams. You will direct mechanical maintenance, preventative/predictive programs, and equipment reliability while partnering with operations, planning, engineering, and field groups to ensure safe, prioritized work aligned with goals.

You will coach staff, oversee equipment needs, manage budgets and resources, and drive continuous improvement across maintenance disciplines to minimize downtime

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in preventative/predictive maintenance.
• Experience building and developing maintenance or mobile equipment teams.
• Strong safety focus and commitment to “Zero Harm”.
• Strong organization, communication, and cross-functional skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in industrial conditions.

As the Maintenance Superintendent you will lead site maintenance activities and teams across Intrepid Wendover, UT operations. This role provides direction for mechanical maintenance, preventative and predictive maintenance programs, equipment reliability, safety performance, budgeting, resource planning, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with operations, planning, engineering, production, field, pond, and loadout teams to ensure work is planned, prioritized, completed safely, and aligned with operational goals.

• Deep experience in preventative/predictive maintenance and managing maintenance programs.This is typically gained by 10+ years of experience.
• Experience building and developing maintenance or mobile equipment teams.We need a LEADER and TEAM DEVELOPER.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in industrial conditions.
