Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Trade school certification or technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute maintenance operations.
• Provide technical guidance to Maintenance Supervisors and Technicians.
• Develop and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, shutdowns, and major repair projects.
• Monitor equipment performance and improve reliability and uptime.
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, and facility upgrades.
• Assist with maintenance planning, work order prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Maintain inventory management of maintenance parts and critical spares.
• Promote compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
