Job summary

Accuride Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to provide direction across all shifts, leading maintenance area supervisors and technical staff. The role focuses on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement to meet plant performance targets.

The ideal candidate will have broad technical knowledge across electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation, plus experience managing maintenance programs and budgets in a high-volume facility.

Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proven experience leading maintenance organizations and coordinating internal/external resources.
Strong knowledge of multi-craft maintenance disciplines including electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, automation, and facility infrastructure.
Experience developing preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage safe, efficient maintenance operations across the facility.
Lead Maintenance Area Supervisors and support personnel; drive accountability and performance.
Improve equipment reliability and uptime through data-driven maintenance practices.
Oversee budget, spares, and capital project planning for maintenance activities.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and HR to achieve plant objectives.
Establish and enforce maintenance procedures, standards, and training programs.
