Job summary
Monoflo International, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to enhance reliability, performance, and maintainability of equipment in a manufacturing setting.
You will identify chronic issues, lead corrective actions, and drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to increase uptime and safety. You will work with maintenance, production, and engineering leadership to resolve issues and implement sustainable solutions, including data-driven dashboards and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience with root cause analysis and equipment reliability improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Analyze equipment failures, downtime, and recurring maintenance issues to identify root causes.
- Provide engineering support for injection molding machines, robots, automation, conveyors, and related equipment.
- Lead RCA and corrective actions for significant equipment failures.
- Develop and implement solutions to improve reliability, uptime, and maintainability.
- Develop, review, and sustain PM programs based on history and conditions.
- Support equipment setup, commissioning, and optimization.
