Kasa Living, Inc. is seeking a Property Operations Lead (Maintenance) in Chicago to oversee on-site facility performance for our Central market. You will manage unit and building systems, conduct regular inspections, and ensure spaces meet Kasa brand standards for guest readiness.

You will fix in-unit issues, install replacements, and coordinate with partners to drive cost-effective improvements. The role may involve nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

• Comfortable with using a toolkit and capable of handling common repairs and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and units regularly to ensure safety and brand standards.
• Perform in-unit repairs, replace furnishings, hardware, drywall, and paint as needed.
• Coordinate with external partners and teams to execute property improvements and maintenance tasks.
• Handle emergencies with guidance and be available for after-hours support when required.
