Job summary

Evolving Solution Services is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join the team in Wichita, KS. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with on-call rotation after training.

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings, grounds, and common areas for safety, curb appeal, and maintenance needs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for lease and move-ins; perform repairs and ongoing maintenance tasks.
• Maintain the exterior and interior of the property ensuring cleanliness, safety, functionality and resident appeal.
