Job summary

The Thoroughbred Center in Lexington, KY seeks a Maintenance Manager to supervise TTC’s Maintenance Staff, Custom Projects Staff and Fencing Division Staff. You will interact with customers to sell TTC capabilities, help prepare estimates, monitor project performance and prepare timesheets and billing information for Custom Projects and Fencing.

Five years of related experience with at least two years in a supervisory role are required.

Qualifications

• Five years related experience and/or training including two years as a supervisor.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Attention to safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Actively pursues projects and helps prepare estimates.
• Directs maintenance, painting, repairs, and grounds upkeep to meet schedules.
• Directs back- and side-area maintenance and fence projects; coordinates with other supervisors.
• Prepares timesheets and billing information for Custom Projects and Fencing.
• Maintains department budget and monitors expenditures; ensures Storm Water Plan compliance.
