Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years related experience and/or training including two years as a supervisor.
• Proficient computer skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with office equipment.
• Read and interpret safety rules; communicate professionally in writing and speech.

Responsibilities

• Actively pursues projects and helps prepare estimates.
• Directs maintenance and repairs of buildings and systems (masonry, woodwork, plumbing, electrical).
• Oversees grounds maintenance, fencing, road work, and related installations.
• Maintains timesheets and production records; assists in billing and budgeting.
• Ensures safety regulations are followed and work procedures meet production schedules.
• Coordinates activities across Maintenance #1 and #2 groups.
• Performs duties of supervised workers when needed.
