Job summary

Austin Industries in Baton Rouge, LA, seeks a Project Coordinator to interface between Austin Site Managers, tech users, customers, and internal business units to drive customer satisfaction and KPI development.

Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will support KPI tracking, reporting, and project coordination, attend progress and safety meetings, and help ensure on-time delivery and cost control.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Demonstrated collegiate-level computer skills, mathematics, communication skills, and technical writing, with an aptitude for leadership and mastering additional skills as required.
• Industrial Maintenance or Construction Experience.
• Demonstrated capacity to identity opportunities for improvement, and driving the change needed to implement those improvements.

Responsibilities

• Quantity reporting and KPI analysis support.
• Review submittals and customer procured materials and equipment coordination.
• Attend progress, planning, and safety meetings.
• Assist in managing daily execution of maintenance and small capital operations.
• Prepare customer required documents.
• Ensure AR/AP processes are functioning properly.
