Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial automation, control systems, or systems integration.
• Familiarity with PLC/HMI-based control systems and panel fabrication workflows.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with engineers, vendors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop, and track proposals and scope documents for new and ongoing projects.
• Assemble, issue, and track design submittals through client and engineer review cycles.
• Manage and maintain the shop fabrication schedule, coordinating with production staff to meet delivery milestones.
• Assist purchasing with material ordering, inventory management, and shipping and receiving.
• Coordinate and track field startup schedules, communicating status to project managers and field technicians.
• Maintain organized project documentation and correspondence.
