Job summary

Cascade Management, Inc. in Portland, OR, is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our property maintenance team. You will support light repairs, janitorial tasks, and turnover of vacant units to keep properties safe, clean, and market-ready.

The role requires 1–3 years related experience, a valid driver's license, and physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds; you will follow safety guidelines and our Service Model to ensure responsive, respectful service.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurance is required.
• Ability to read safety rules, operation instructions, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance team with minor plumbing, janitorial, and related tasks.
• Ensure repairs are completed in a timely and proper manner.
• Help clean and turnover vacant apartments to rent-ready condition.
• Assist in inspections, safety checks, and maintenance requests.
