Zusammenfassung

Aston Carter is seeking a Contract Data Entry Specialist in Pennsauken, NJ, to translate maintenance manuals into standardized internal procedures and to enter and maintain data in SAP or a CMMS system. This on-site role runs 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Monday through Friday for an approximately six-month term. The ideal candidate has data-entry experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and a proven ability to create clear SOPs from technical information while ensuring data integrity across documentation

Qualifikationen

• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or a CMMS system for maintenance data.
• Advanced Excel and Word skills; proficient with MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to review data for errors.
• Ability to create and document standard operating procedures from technical manuals.
• Experience managing digital and physical files with organization.

• Translate manuals into standardized internal procedures in document control.
• Enter and maintain maintenance data in SAP or CMMS.
• Identify and correct data errors; remove duplicates.
