Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Advanced proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Execute preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems including PLCs and automation components
• Interpret schematics and blueprints to perform repairs and installations
• Maintain safety standards and implement corrective actions
• Document maintenance activities and support reliability improvements
• Collaborate with teams to improve equipment effectiveness
• Mentor junior staff and share technical knowledge
• Operate forklifts and scissor lifts to access equipment
