About the Role:

The Maintenance position in the Hotel industry is crucial for ensuring that facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming for guests and staff alike. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing any maintenance issues promptly to minimize disruption to services and enhance guest satisfaction. Additionally, this position requires collaboration with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure that all areas are well-maintained.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in a relevant trade (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC).
  • Experience in the hotel or multi-unit properties.
  • Familiarity with state and local safety regulations and compliance standards.

Work Requirements and Benefits:

  • This is a full-time position. A five-day work week is required (minimum 40 hours).
  • Must be flexible and able to work a schedule based on the needs of hotel and guests. This includes working weekends and on call for emergency situations.
