Job summary

Green Bay Packaging seeks a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment and facility systems to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.   • Hands-on maintenance experience.
  • Skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical - formal training.
  • Reliability, safety focus, and a strong work ethic.
  • Special boilers license at a minimum.
  • Must pass a Comprehensive Maintenance Aptitude Test with a passing score of 75% or better.

Responsibilities

  • Fix equipment fast to reduce downtime.
  • Troubleshoot machine problems using electrical testers, blueprints and schematics.
  • Maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Self directed completion of Maintenance requisitions.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to keep production smooth.
  • Support a safe, high‑performance environment.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a Union position with a posted wage of $32.44/hr.
