Green Bay Packaging is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our 12-hour rotating shift operations at our Wisconsin facility. You will maintain electrical and mechanical systems, troubleshoot PLCs, and support safe, efficient production.
Requires an Electro/Mechanical Technology or Engineering credential; 5+ years in industrial maintenance preferred, with openness to further certification. We offer comprehensive benefits and a strong safety-focused culture.
We are currently working a 12-hour, rotating shift schedule (typically Monday-Friday), with a block of 6 consecutive days off every 3-week cycle. Maintenance employees may be required to work Saturdays.
Required: Associate Degree or Certificate in Electro/Mechanical Technology or Engineering. Considered: 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, willingness to continue education to obtain a certification/degree.
