Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and reliability, with a strong background in hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

The position is union-based with a posted wage of $32.44/hr and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, wellness programs, STD, life insurance, 401(k) and pension.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience.
• Training in hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical.
• Boilers license required.
• Must pass a Comprehensive Maintenance Aptitude Test with a score of 75% or better.

Ideal candidates would have training in hydraulics, basic electrical, and pneumatic systems, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

• Maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Self directed completion of Maintenance requisitions
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep production smooth
• Support a safe, high-performance environment

Qualifications

• Hands‑on maintenance experience
• Skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical - formal training
• Reliability, safety focus, and a strong work ethic
• Special boilers license at a minimum.
• Must pass a Comprehensive Maintenance Aptitude Test with a passing score of 75% or better.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a Union position with a posted wage of $32.44/hr.
