The Storage Group is seeking a maintenance/janitorial professional to manage both immediate needs and preventive care at a designated facility. This on-site role supports everyday operations and safety through hands-on upkeep.

As a union position, you will perform routine duties such as painting, lock work, latch installations, flood remediation, snow removal, and wall repairs, ensuring facilities remain functional and well-maintained.
