Qualifications

• Able to read and understand cleaning solution containers.
• Able to follow posted work rules.
• Able to learn and accept constructive criticism.

Responsibilities

• Keep grounds clean and maintained throughout the community.
• Assist with make-readies and work orders.
• Clean vacancies, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors; clean carpets and woodwork.
• Replace restroom supplies and light bulbs as needed.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and climb stairs as required.
