Qualifications

• 0-1 year custodial/maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members.
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures including safety docs.
• Knowledge of PPE and proper chemical usage.
• Basic understanding of paint types and tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks in common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Clean and sanitize high-traffic areas like lobbies, hallways, elevators, and recreation spaces.
• Monitor outdoor spaces including sidewalks, parking lots, and landscaping.
• Ensure trash and recycling areas are regularly emptied and tidy.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Address light maintenance like bulb replacements and touch-ups.
• Assist residents with moving in/out of apartments and loading/unloading.
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service to residents.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a positive resident experience.
• Maintain outdoor landscaping including mowing, trimming, and planting flowers.
• Keep outdoor areas free of debris and litter.
• Complete work orders promptly.
