Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of grounds, buildings, and common areas; cleaning and trash removal as needed.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program and safety standards.
• Inspect facilities daily to identify hazards and ensure compliance with policies.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and support the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service and project a positive image of the community.
