Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in pool care and general maintenance preferred.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to MORGAN’s Maintenance and Emergency Procedures manuals and Team Member Handbook.
• Keep property grounds and common areas clean, safe, and presentable.
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs in a safe and timely manner.
• Inspect the property and report hazards or needed repairs to the Lead Maintenance.
• Clean pool, parking areas, and common spaces; operate maintenance equipment as needed.
• Assist with move-ins/turnovers and duties as assigned.
